Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Simply RoseMarie Soaps We take pride in creating high-quality handcrafted soaps and skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness and maintain product safety standards.

Returns

Because our soaps and personal care products are handmade and intended for personal and hygienic use and for safety reasons., we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hrs. at simply-rosemarie@hotmail.com with photos. We will replace the item or give a store credit. We are not responsible for shipping company’s delays, packaged marked " delivered" or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
